I’m Kim, a passionate marketer
and proud founder of Squibble.
For over ten years, I’ve been helping people share their stories and showcase why they’re brilliant at what they do. This is important to me because I’ve spent my career finding ways to navigate around—or overcome—obstacles, always striving to make the world a little more equal than before.
As an agency leader and someone who speaks a lot at events, you’ve maybe heard me talking about Squibble. You may also have heard me doing my ‘other’ work: championing local hidden talent and creativity.

There’s so much incredible talent out there that often goes unnoticed. We need to make sure everyone gets a chance to shine.
There’s no reason to have an all-male panel or to limit awards to London-based businesses. I’m always striving to reach beyond my network to include the voices that might be missing at events.

Let’s be open and honest when we discuss important topics at events. By standing up for what we believe in and addressing challenging subjects, we can create an inclusive environment where everyone’s voice is heard.
By engaging with others and having conversations with them, rather than talking at them, we can make even more progress together.
